Orders placed after the 5:00 PM Pacific Time cut-off may begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, increased shipping volumes, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, subject to the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 Business Days after the returned item is received and approved.
